The purpose of establishing our company was to contribute to a cleaner environment by recycling and to make ink a far more affordable expense. InkMuni is a reputable company. We provide long-term customer service for our products. The continuous ink system is not yet as well-known in the U.S., but most Asian countries use the continuous ink system under government recommendation. The continuous ink system technology was developed in China, Taiwan, and Korea. The products from each country vary in terms of the technology behind them and in their fundamental character. Over time, InkMuni has developed a sophisticated product that provides the best quality ink.

What is CISS?

The continuous ink system is simple. The conventional method is to store ink in the cartridge and to refill or replace it with brand new ink once it has been consumed. The problem with this method is the high cost and need for frequent replacement,

due to the limited capacity for ink in its cartridge (10ml only). The continuous ink system was created precisely to address this problem by connecting the cartridge with a 100ml ink bottle. The advantage of this system is that it can be used for a far longer time and save the consumer up to 90% in replacement expenses. But in the past, CISS had the disadvantage of clogging the nozzle when it was not being used frequently. It did not always work properly when the lines were twisted inside the printer. Furthermore, printer manufacturers often didn't provide extensive service to customers using the CISS or refill ink whose printer functionality had been affected by it.

Here is our solution: InkMuni provides extensive service in the NY and NJ area and a phone helpline that is accessible nationwide. When the ink hardens, you soak it in hot water until it softens.
